Subscriptions: Free Google accounts are enough for the introductory exercises. Some Workspace features are only available on certain plans or in certain regions. Stable internet connection
Strong Wi-Fi or a wired connection, ideally away from busy shared networks.
Zoom, updated and tested
Install or update the Zoom app and join a test meeting a day or two before.
Headset or microphone
A headset with a microphone gives clearer sound. A webcam is recommended so you can take part fully.
Up-to-date web browser
Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox. A second screen is helpful but optional.
